Ana Luz (Annie) Lopez, LCSW — Founder & Clinical Therapist
I’m Annie — I founded Collectively We Heal because I believe in healing that doesn’t just quiet the pain, but changes how you live. As a survivor of domestic violence, I understand what living with PTSD feels like — and I know the kind of weight that lies hidden inside, even when no one can see it. Transformation is possible — and you deserve it.
What Healing With Me Looks & Feels Like
When we work together, you’ll be fully seen. No parts hidden, no shame held back. We’ll sit with what’s real — your fears, your hope, your longing — and gently invite change. I draw on Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT/DBT, and psychedelic-informed approaches — always tailored to you, not a template.
What You’ll Experience
Relief in places that feel stuck — less overwhelm, more moments of calm.
Growing trust in your heart and body — accessing parts of you that feel safe, stronger, real.
Clarity & strength — discovering what you need, what feels possible, how to live more aligned and awake.
Investment in Your Healing
I’m not billing insurance at this time. I offer self-pay (Thrizer), payment plans for KAP, and sliding-scale when possible. This work is more than sessions — it’s presence, safety, and holding space for your journey with dignity and care.
Is This for You?
You might be here because:
You’ve tried healing before, but something inside still feels unfinished.
You’re tired of just “managing,” of settling for surface relief.
You’re ready to step into your whole self — the pain, the hopes, the dreams.
If that’s you — I’d be honored to walk with you toward a healing that lasts, toward a life that feels more awake, more you.
What My Credentials Bring
I hold certification from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, which means I’m trained in evidence-based, safe practices around ketamine, MDMA, psilocybin work, and the preparation + integration around them. This isn’t just a title — it’s foundation for the care, safety, and transformation I bring into our work.
