Arts-based DV process group coming in November 2026!
Expressive Arts, Healing, and Accessible Therapy Groups
Healing is rarely linear, and it should never be out of reach.
At Collectively We Heal, our practice is built on creating safe, compassionate, and accessible trauma informed care for our community. We believe that financial stress should never stand between you and the supportive, nonjudgmental space you deserve.
To deepen our commitment to accessible care, we are sharing two updates: the expansion of our Supervised Clinical Trainee Program and the launch of our upcoming Arts and Poetry Based Domestic Violence Process Group.
Expanding Accessible Care: Our Clinical Trainee Program
Finding affordable, high quality mental health care can feel overwhelming. Through our supervised trainee initiative, we offer individual and group therapy on a sliding, donation based scale from $0 to $30 per session.
This program allows us to offer dedicated, high touch support while mentoring the next generation of trauma informed clinicians. Every trainee at Collectively We Heal receives weekly clinical supervision from licensed professionals, ensuring our clients receive thoughtful, evidence based care.
Spotlight: Meet Parthia Cain, Clinical Trainee
Supervised by Ana Luz Lopez, LCSW #108137
We are glad to introduce Parthia Cain, who brings a rich background in crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for individuals navigating life transitions and heavy seasons. Parthia’s practice is built on emotional connection, safety, and empowerment. She combines compassionate listening with practical, grounding tools to help individuals move through overwhelming seasons and rebuild confidence.
Upcoming Group: Arts and Poetry Based DV Process Group
Trauma often lives beyond words. When processing domestic violence and relationship trauma, creative modalities like art and poetry can offer a gentle, powerful doorway toward healing, connection, and self expression.
Facilitated by Parthia Cain, Clinical Trainee, this intimate group provides a safe, supportive space to process, reflect, and rebuild strength alongside peers who understand.
