Candice Craft, LMFT 154305

I'm Candice (she/her). I offer integrative therapy for women and LGBTQ+ community members who are carrying the weight of complex health conditions or complex trauma. I specifically specialize in trauma processing for folks diagnosed with chronic illness like Lyme Disease, ME/CFS, Long COVID or Endometriosis, as well as support for those facing fertility obstacles, LGBTQ+ family planning challenges, birth trauma or reproductive trauma, medical trauma or sexual abuse.

My approach is identity affirming, neurodivergent friendly, and welcoming of all relationship constellations including Polyamorous or non-monogamous partnerships. I aim for this to be a soft spot to land for those who have felt disenfranchised or isolated by their lived experiences, a space where you can be seen, heard and understood without feeling pathologized for who you are or where you've been. We'll navigate this together now; here, you can finally allow your lived experiences to be held outside of the confines of your body and mind. We'll process this together, to create more space for you to breathe, and for all parts of you to begin to take up space.

Modalities I utilize include Internal Family Systems parts work, Brainspotting, narrative therapy and guided imagery (inner terrain work).

What is Brainspotting, exactly?

Brainspotting is a trauma processing modality rooted in REM sleep science (much like EMDR). We utilize spots in your visual field to access and re-process trauma stored in the subcortical brain, with the intention to release associated harbored emotion and restore homeostasis around the stressor. In short - we’ll move beyond talk therapy to utilize tools that help us process trauma stored in your body or mind that feels hard to reach.

I offer all services virtually for clients across California, on a secure telehealth platform. If this work sounds like it resonates with you, please reach out. Let’s chat about your healing.
