Helping humans move from the chaos of survival into a rooted sense of self.
There comes a point when simply surviving is no longer enough. You’ve done the work. You’ve gained insight, developed coping skills, and spent years trying to understand why you feel the way you do. And yet, something still feels disconnected. You’re moving through life, but not always feeling fully present in it. What if healing wasn’t just about understanding what happened to you, but discovering what’s possible beyond it?
I believe healing is an invitation to reconnect with yourself. To move beyond the patterns that once kept you safe, develop a deeper relationship with your body and intuition, and create a life that feels genuinely your own. My work focuses on complex trauma, C-PTSD, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment wounds, and the ways our earliest relationships shape how we experience ourselves and others. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years investigating violent crimes, including child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. That experience, combined with my own healing journey, shaped my understanding of trauma and the profound capacity we have for resilience and transformation.
My therapeutic style is direct, collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity. I integrate psychoeducation, practical skills, relational exploration, and somatic awareness through a holistic mind-body-spirit lens. I believe meaningful change happens when insight becomes embodied experience. When we stop simply intellectualizing our lives and begin feeling, connecting, and participating in them differently. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It’s about creating the conditions to feel safe enough to explore, grow, and live more authentically. Because healing isn’t just about what you’re moving away from. It’s about what you’re moving toward.
A more rooted sense of self. Deeper connection. Greater freedom. And a life that feels like your own. You deserve more than survival. You deserve to feel fully alive.
