Elisa Jimenez, MSW, ACSW

Elisa (she/her) supports individuals in navigating trauma, grief, financial stress, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. She brings a grounding, practical presence to therapy, helping clients not only explore emotional pain but also gain tools to navigate the real-world challenges that impact their well-being—including financial uncertainty. Elisa creates space for clients to build emotional resilience and strengthen their sense of agency in both their inner and external worlds.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices, Elisa helps clients explore parts of themselves that may feel disconnected or stuck—especially when life’s demands have made it hard to pause, reflect, or ask for support. Her work invites a return to steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

With experience supporting young adults through older adults, Elisa walks alongside clients as they relearn themselves—not by changing who they are, but by returning to the parts that need to be heard and held with care.

She holds a deep belief that healing can create lasting change—not only within, but throughout our communities. Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and heard.
