Jade Wollman, LCSW 130650
Jade believes healing happens when you are truly seen, heard, and respected, and she works collaboratively with clients to navigate emotional challenges with compassion, clarity, and grounded support. Drawing on trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing—she tailors each session to your unique experiences, goals, and pace. While Jade brings clinical expertise into the room, she honors that you are the expert in your own life and healing journey.
Jade earned her Master of Social Work from UCLA and holds a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University. With over seven years of experience across private practice, higher education, and nonprofit settings, she brings a thoughtful, systems-aware perspective to her work and a deep respect for the courage it takes to pursue personal growth and change.
Outside of sessions, Jade enjoys thrifting, writing poetry, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her two parrots, Nico and Miru—practices that help keep her grounded, creative, and connected.
