What are you looking to change?
What keeps you up at night—or takes up more space in your day than you’d like? Maybe it’s anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, painful past experiences, relationship struggles, habits that feel hard to shift, or a sense that your efforts are never quite enough. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make meaning, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve care and attention. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, clear, and like yourself again.

What is therapy like with me?
I believe you are the expert in your own life. Your lived experience deserves to be heard, respected, and understood—including the things you may have been told not to talk about. My work focuses on meaning-making: understanding your story, noticing patterns, and creating space for change and purpose.

I use an integrative approach tailored to you, drawing from:

  • Humanistic therapy

  • Narrative therapy

  • Psychodynamic therapy

  • Existential therapy

  • Trauma-informed care

  • LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy

  • Motivational interviewing

Who I work with
I support teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, helping professionals, business professionals, and members of the queer community—especially those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions.

My background
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and have worked with teens in residential mental health treatment, LGBTQIA+ youth programs, middle school settings in Koreatown, and adults experiencing homelessness through The People Concern in Skid Row.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades as a marketing research VP helping organizations understand complex human experiences through thoughtful questions and meaningful insight. I now bring that same curiosity and care to supporting people in their healing.

Therapy helped me in my own life, and I’m honored to walk alongside others in theirs. What would you like to work on?
