Midday Mindfulness: Monthly Online Practice
Take a meaningful pause in your day to reset and recharge. Join Jazel Flores, ASW, and Michaela Slezak, MSW, for a 30-minute guided mindfulness practice beginning October 2025.
Each session may include gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation designed to reduce stress, support focus, and cultivate compassion. No prior experience is necessary, and all practices are low-impact and accessible from your workspace.
