Welcome, Elisa Jimenez, ASW

We’re deeply grateful to welcome Elisa Jimenez to our team at Collectively We Heal. Elisa brings a presence that is both grounding and expansive—rooted in a commitment to healing that honors the full complexity of each person’s lived experience.

Elisa’s work is shaped by her understanding that trauma lives in the body and that healing unfolds through connection, choice, and dignity. She offers clients more than just space to talk—she creates space to feel, to reconnect with one’s body, and to begin building safety from the inside out. Her integrative approach is somatic, person-centered, and culturally attuned, drawing from modalities like DBT, narrative therapy, and body-based practices.

One of the many gifts Elisa brings is her deep love for working with older adults. She honors the wisdom, losses, resilience, and transitions that come with aging. With tenderness and respect, Elisa supports elders navigating grief, changing identities, intergenerational dynamics, and the impact of long-held trauma. She creates therapeutic spaces that recognize the richness of a full life and hold room for what is still emerging.

Elisa also offers something unique and needed—support at the intersection of emotional and financial well-being. Her workshop, Somatic Financial Wellness: Heal Your Money Story, invites participants to examine the beliefs, survival patterns, and emotions that shape their relationship with money. Through gentle somatic work and reflective practice, she helps folks shift out of shame and into a more compassionate understanding of their financial lives.

This is the first of many offerings Elisa will bring to our community. Her work invites us to remember that healing is not only about surviving—it’s about reclaiming wholeness across generations, identities, and life stages.

We’re honored to walk alongside her as she offers care that is deeply human, liberatory, and rooted in the belief that we all deserve to feel safe, seen, and well.

Welcome, Elisa.
