A monthly 30-minute online mindfulness practice to help you pause, reset, and return to your day with more steadiness.

Mindful Midday Wednesdays offers a simple way to slow down in the middle of your week and reconnect with your breath and body. Led by Jazel Flores, ASW, and Michaela Slezak, ASW—who alternate teaching each month—this practice blends gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and guided meditation in an accessible, low-impact format.

Each session is designed to support focus, ease stress, and offer practical mindfulness skills you can carry into the rest of your day. Whether you’re a healthcare worker, student, educator, or simply someone seeking a moment of calm, this space is beginner-friendly and easy to join from any setting.

When: First Wednesday of each month, 12:00–12:30 PM (PT)
